Water Must Move

March 28-29, 2017

Water must move or become stagnant.

Yet often, it finds the root of a great tree and boulder that draws it in.

Circling with the ebb and flow of a new pattern—it eddies.

The water needs them to eddy against the main current, but

what can the water offer . . .

except a promise to carry with it part of them when it goes.

I hope everyone is doing well and having much success. I’ve had a crazy last few months, but sometimes crazy gets things done that sanity just couldn’t handle (smile).

Winter went out with a penetrating, familiar command; a silent order that separates life from warmth and tells spring to keep its two lips tight.

I’m following nature at this point, writing as one author suggested “…with the door closed”. My manuscript is back in my hands with beautiful red ink decorating its pages. I’ve got a lot of work to do and I can’t wait to dig back into this story.

Project-n attracted new interest and rejuvenated old ideas. So, I’m once again busy in more than one direction.

Also, I’ve found another artistic outlet. I wrote about it yesterday, but didn’t post it because I hope to use the craft to surprise some people I love with special gifts soon. A few of you have seen it in my emails, shhhhh. 🙂

  1. Water is the source of life and death. You need enough water to live, but to much water you will drown.

    1. Thank you Faye B. for your comment. The need for balance is a welcome reminder. 🙂
